2 Party Mediations

$275 per hour/per party

3 or more Party Mediations

$225 per hour/per party

Arbitrations

$550 per hour divided between the parties for single Arbitrator

MINIMUMS AND CANCELLATIONS

There is a two hour minimum for a half day and a four hour minimum for all day.

Cancellations made less than seven days before the scheduled mediation/arbitration/special master hearing, will require a minimum payment of one hour (which will be credited to a future mediation/arbitration/special master hearing scheduled for the same case and parties.)
